Hello, this is Bizent. Customers should refer to the shipping schedule below since it may be affected by the Chuseok holiday and pre-ordered product shipment. <<Shipping Schedule>> * Payment completed by 11 AM October 31, Monday (KST): Shipping starts on October 31, Monday (KST) * Payment completed after 11 AM October 31, Monday (KST): Shipping starts on November 4, Friday (KST) Due to the upcoming Chuseok holiday and the pre-ordered products, we are experiencing a higher volume of shipments. To prepare for the shipping smoothly, we will follow the above schedule. Please note all the invoice numbers have been entered for all products.
