*Ordering and Shipping Guidance

- For safe delivery, you can only buy 10 pieces once per order. (You can make order repeatedly) 

- You cannot pack other products with pre-ordered products together.

- The Modifying Receiver’s Information will be processed during the pre-order period. Contact us via e-mail with your [Name/Order No./Change Address]

- The term “Preparing for the delivery” means that your products are being packed and

the delivery information is being released. If you try to change information after the period, every process will be canceled. 

*Cancellation Guidance

- Cancellation Period: FEB. 17, 2023 @ 3pm ~ FEB 24, 2023 @ 3pm KST

- Please check that you cannot cancel the order after the period. Contact us via e-mail with [your name/order number]

* You can get one undisclosed photocard that you can only see at Bizent Mall!
* You will obtain the same quantities of special prizes as products. (ex. If you buy 2 products, you will get 2 photocards.)
