Delivery guidance due to changed customs policy in the US Hello, This is Bizent. Due to the changed customs policy of the United States, the US delivery will be carried out by FedEx, Wewould like to inform you that you have to pay for the customs policy yourself. In addition, as we need IOR or SSN (a kind of personal customs code) due to the current enhanced customs procedures, please write IOR or SSN (a kind of personal customs code) in the order message box. If you do not provide your IOR or SSN, may be returned or destroyed. We cannot assist you in these cases. Thank you.
